3. Attach Images: To facilitate the processing of your complaint, we ask you to attach images of the error.
4. Return label: We send you a return label by mail, which you simply print and place on the return box.

When you shop at www.rainwear-outlet.com, you have 2 years of right to claim under the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged or money back, depending on the specific situation.
